Camille: Camille is still relatively new to the madrigal scene, though she has been singing for most of her life. She got her start early on, singing in the junior choir in kindergarten, and her love of music grew from there. She continued singing in choirs throughout grade school and at one point in high school she was in three choirs at once! College brought more opportunities, and Camille branched out to musical theater as well as singing with the Kammerchor at Concordia University in Wisconsin. After college, she took a few years away from singing in choirs, and took a little time for other things such as directing a high school musical, singing the national anthem at venues like the Milwaukee Bucks, and of course, getting married and moving to St Louis. Soon the music called Camille back, and she is again in three choirs: the American Kantorei, her church choir, and of course, the Greenleaf Singers.

Kathryn: Kathryn has been singing with Greenleaf since 2007. She has been listening to early music on her father's records since before she could walk, so she is very excited for the chance to perform some of the music she's loved all her life! Kathryn began piano lessons in kindergarten and studied into college. In high school, she was active in band, choir and musical theater. She attended Truman State University and was active in band and choir, receiving her BA in vocal music. Kathryn attended graduate school at the University of Colorado at Boulder and Webster University in St. Louis. She is currently the middle school music teacher at Christ Community Lutheran School and a church organist. Kathryn has also sung with the Lutheran Chorale in Denver for three years, and the American Kantorei in St. Louis for fourteen years. When she's not spending time with her husband, John and their three children, she enjoys eating out and napping.

Nita: Nita started singing along with her Dad's junior high madrigal group when she was just a baby (just at rehearsals, of course!) and has loved them since. She received a BME from Wichita State University, where she toured, participated in feasts, and entertained the Southwest ACDA conventioneers with the Madrigal Singers. Nita also loved being a part of the auditioned Concert Chorale. More recently, Nita spent some time working on a Master's Degree at UM-St. Louis where she studied voice with Dr. Mark Madsen and Dr. Kathryn Haggans, and sang with the University Singers. She also played (French) Horn through college and has studied piano for many years, most recently with the wonderful Kirt Pavitt. After teaching elementary music for three years, Nita took an extended hiatus 14 years ago to raise her two children. She is currently the director of music at Ferguson UMC, where she has enjoyed learning how to direct a bell choir. Nita has been looking for an opportunity to sing with a small ensemble for a long time, and couldn't be more excited to join the Greenleaf Singers!
